  • How long will the replacement of my windshield take?

    Most windshield replacements take 30-60 minutes to complete. Some tempered door glasses and rear windows can take longer.

  • Do you have a location where I can drop off my vehicle for repair?

    We are a mobile-only Auto Glass replacement shop.

  • May the vehicle be driven immediately after the window replacement?

    In most cases, the cure time for windshield adhesive is one hour before the vehicle can be safely driven. This doesn’t apply to door glass or rear glass replacement

  • Do you offer any warranty?

    We offer a warranty on all workmanship related issues for as long as you own the vehicle.

  • May I go through my insurance to cover my replacement?

    Yes. Please refer to your insurance company for coverage details and filing a claim. Auto glass claims will fall under comprehensive coverage. You will be responsible for deductible if applicable according to your coverage.

  • Will the technician need the keys to my vehicle?

    We wlll prefer to have the keys to your vehicle to confirm proper operation of any related features. But generally we just need the access to the inside of the vehicle, so it will need to be unlocked.
